Want Ad – Wife Needed

I am trying to live a more minimalist life. I really deep in my heart want to live with less junk, less clutter, and less time needed to be spent cleaning the house.

Why? you ask.

Well, the number one reason is…. I hate cleaning house. It is such a waste of time. You do it and you just have to turn around the next day and do it again.  No one notices unless you don’t do it.

I could do so much if I didn’t have to spend time on managing my house. Doing the same stuff over and over again day after day. Isn’t that the definition of insanity?   I just need an Alice.

I need an Alice.

Who am I kidding, my life goal has always been to have a wife.

No, I am not a lesbian and I have no desire to be married to a woman. I just really would like a wife. A wife does everything and does it correctly. A wife does it all while you devote your time to work or what ever else you want to do.

Yep, I want a wife.

I will provide her room and board and a little gift once in a while and in exchange, she will cook and clean and manage my house and me while I devote my time to building an empire.

Sounds good to me.

Keeping a person in your home, making them do all the work, and not paying them a wage I think is against the law unless you’re married to them.

Well, I guess I have to wait until I hit the lottery and can afford an Alice.

  1. A friend and I used to joke about “needing a wife” for these same reasons. Still would be helpful…

Love it! This was pulled right out of our conversations when we were young mothers. LOL

    1. Yes, it was. We always said our life would be much easier if we had a wife. 🙂

I am one of those wifes. I stay at home while my husband works and do everything. Eight kids is a lot of work! All I could think of with that Kirk gif was those hotdogs thawing in the sink at his house. haha

    haha! I love this!
