This is a new spin on an old classic.
In a large skillet over a medium-high heat saute the garlic in the butter and olive oil until the garlic caramelizes.
Add the shrimp, ramps, and Italian seasonings saute on medium heat stirring often until shrimp is a nice pinkish color. About 2 to 3 minutes. Do Not overcook the shrimp. It makes them hard and chewy
