Probiotics have several benefits, including improving lactose metabolism, lowering blood pressure, increasing insulin sensitivity, and alleviating symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome. Improves lactose metabolism

Probiotics for lactose intolerance can improve symptoms and overall health. The familiar strains are Lactobacillus acidophilus and Bifidobacterium longum. These bacteria are safe and natural and can be taken by lactose-intolerant people.
