As a young fitness enthusiast, Ron Beckenfeld, the owner of Superior Source Vitamins, understood the importance of staying healthy. In 1964, he embarked on his entrepreneurial journey, selling vitamins out of the trunk of his car. In 1969, he established Continental Vitamin Company, driven by his lifelong passion for promoting health. However, it was his father’s battle with Parkinson’s disease and difficulty swallowing traditional tablets that became a turning point. Ron’s desire to help his father and others in similar situations led him to develop Superior Source MicroLingual® in 1998.

This “ah-ha!” moment sparked the evolution of instant-dissolving tablets, giving birth to Superior Source.
