Your physical wellbeing 

 

Are you started to feel low on energy? Are things becoming more of a struggle with you when it comes to your physical wellbeing? It might be a sign of old age. Your fitness does deteriorate as you get older and things start to slow down unless you are regularly maintaining a level of exercise and regime to your day.
