Fierce Fabulous Females on Instagram

Updated -

I love Instagram and I love seeing everyone’s photos from all over the world.  Instagram gives you a glimpse into a person’s life through their eyes. I’m not a big fan of the stylized “perfect pics” I much prefer the ones of everyday life.  I wanted to share a few of my favorites from March. In honor of Women’s History Month, I decided to go with the theme of Fierce Fabulous Females. I hope you enjoy the selection and please take a moment to share the love. Like the photos, follow the accounts that interest you and make sure to follow me on Instagram.

Though not exactly the end of our stories, #herstory and other women's stories, today ends our #womenshistorymonth and what better way to pay homage but to the woman who raised my sister and I and continues to support my nieces the way she supported us. Madre @gladycast419 has challenged me since a wee lad and always wanted me to live my life doing what I love. Never pressured me to become a doctor or teacher, never told me to find a stable job that provides security. She always says "as long as you're happy & healthy, I have nothing to worry". I thank you mom for being an inspiration even when you may have thought your words & actions have gone unnoticed. We will continue sharing our stories and taking action all year long. Our bodies, our minds, our rights are ours. Let's keep the energy alive and take the next #feministmovement to our grandchildren's history books. . . . Something happened on that day! This image by H. Spencer Bentley @hsb_pov NEW ISSUE OUT NOW! Join Curio 9/ Go Girl! and Stylist Heather Greene as she joined over a million others for The Women’s March on Washington – the largest single-day demonstration in recorded U.S history. Through a collection of seemingly random objects leftover from the event, icons of ‘Girl Power’ and this historic day, a story unfolds of those who were present, where they walked, and what they carried.
