Living in Appalachia hearing the word honorable makes me think of a shotgun wedding. The ones where a young girl’s daddy, who just happens to be cleaning his hunting rifle, asks the boy if he is planning on doing the honorable thing and marrying his daughter.
My daughters were a big fan of Zoey 101 when they were growing up. For those of you who don’t know, Jamie Lynn Spears (Brittany’s little sister) was the star. When she got pregnant as a teenager the show was canceled.
I find it interesting that on her first album release she has this song all about her “Shotgun Wedding”
