I have a complaint or more like a pet peeve. I really dislike when people, especially women, try to be someone else. When they don’t embrace their own unique beauty and try to fit into a mold. The current mold I see everyone trying to fit in is the corsetted (waist trainer) waist, big butt, full body makeup, hair extension, overdrawn lips of the Kardashians.
I love clothes and I don’t mean clothes that make me look like a frumpy old lady. I will never understand why most retailers think that all plus size beauties want to dress in tents and flowered bags. And for the last time, no one wants to wear some elastic waist straight leg mom jeans. Stop making them!!!! Another little pet peeve of mine, why in the h*ll would a plus size woman want to shop at a store with “barn” in the name. We are not cows! Maybe they have some cute clothes, I wouldn’t know because I refuse to go in the door because of the name. Sorry, not sorry!
My daughter Glitter Attitude was the one who actually wore the shoes and she has written the following guest post review.
The TEN-13 Elastic Side Lug Sole Pull-On Ankle Boot Booties are super cute! I ordered the brown which are called Tan Pu. They are a synthetic material they have a non-skid sole which means I was able to wear them to work at the grocery store. They run small these were originally going to be for my mom who wears a size 10 which is the size we ordered and they were too small for her but they fit me perfectly and I wear a size 8 ½. They have a decent size heel on them that gives you just enough of a lift to make your calves have that long strong look and give your butt that lift only heels can.
